Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 10 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories. Items that show signs of use may be refused.

How to Start a Return: Email jacobmitchell084@outlook.com to request return authorization and instructions before sending any item back. Do not ship items without prior authorization.

Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of return shipping. After you contact us we will provide a prepaid return label or specific return instructions.

Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original Shipping Fees: Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Faulty or Damaged on Arrival: If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos; we will prioritize replacement or refund and will cover return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized/personalized items, perishable goods, and items labeled “final sale” are non-returnable unless faulty.

International Returns: For international orders we will provide guidance and, where feasible, a prepaid label; if a prepaid label cannot be issued we will arrange reimbursement of reasonable return postage upon approval.
